Fibroblast-mediated Suppression

of T Cell Function

in Pancreatic Cancer

We have shown that fibroblasts can profoundly suppress T cell function, preventing the immune system from killing cancer cells (Delitto et al., Cancer Res, 2017).

We are now developing therapies to dismantle this protective effect of fibroblasts, allowing the immune system to target and eliminate pancreatic cancer cells.
